        - Processing all Monthly Payroll & HR Admin related reports for various clients in a timely manner
	
 - Handling and follow-up on client’s general enquiries pertaining to HR Admin & payroll matters 
	
 - Liaise with respective personnel including officers from Statutory Bodies where necessary.
	
 - Attending to and handling of all calls including client’s requests, complaints and providing feedback to management for necessary action.
	
 - To action all requests by clients pertaining to Human Resource & Payroll matters 
	
 - Maintain and update clients' employees' information on our in-house eApplication portal.
	
 - All other administration matters pertaining to client accounts.
	
 - Consistently maintaining our highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
        
 - Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm
        
 - Working Location : Near Ampang Park PUTRA station
        
 - This job requires intensive use of computer, payroll system and excel applications
        
 - Salary Range : RM1,800 to RM3,500 based on experience and performance
